Our organization has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, which enables us to deliver quality range of products within the set time frame. Managed by a diligent team of skilled workmen and staff, our unit is well equipped with latest machines to produce the precision parts demanded by customers.
We have facility to manufacturer precision machined parts upto 90mm dia and 600mm length with CNC / VMC machines, Cylindrical and Centerless Grinders, High frequency induction hardening machines etc besides drilling and tapping machines. We also have a six station COLD FORMING machine (Taiwan make) in which all complex shaped parts can be mass produced with no further machining requirement.
Many components require surface hardening with the core being soft or hardened. This can be achieved in Induction Hardening process by selectively hardening specific areas of metal components. We have the following IH machines at our manufacturing unit.
